RH Classics has many years hands-on experience with both driving and race support.

We have built, prepared and maintained a wide range of historic cars that have competed successfully in a number of world class events on the historic motor sport calendar, including the Goodwood Revival, SIlverstone Classic and the Mille Miglia amongst others.

Our first-hand experience in preparation is significant and our expertise covers everything from Sports Racing cars of the 1950’s, including XK120, ‘C’ and ‘D’ Type Jaguars, into the 1960’s with E Type’s,  Aston’s DB4’s, Mk 2 Jaguar’s, Lotus Cortina’s and all Ford V8 powered variants from Lola GT through Cobra’s to Ford GT40’s in addition to more recent cars, such as a Ferrari 308 GT4, which was one of our most successful entries in recent times.

Our expertise extends to the track as well as in the paddock; Richard is a highly experienced racer in his own right and is just as happy sitting behind the wheel as he is lying underneath a car, tools in hand, whilst Jodders, our main workshop technician is a hugely talented race mechanic with over 20 years hands on experience with some very high profile teams.  And whilst his day job is very much with us, we’re delighted to see him travel around the UK and Europe most weekends during the historic racing season, where you’ll witness his artistry on a wide variety of machinery.

RH Classics is very well equipped to offer a comprehensive support service to you and your race car; our standard of preparation really is genuinely second to none – if you’d like to learn more, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
