We’re expanding our sales division, so look out for more hand-picked cars coming soon, including a lovely early 80’s Porsche 911 SC Targa.  Good ones are hard to find; but this is gorgeous, especially with period Pasha trim; get in touch if you’d like to learn more.

Our fabulous 1967 MGB roadster; finished in Tartan Red with black leather trim has been restored from the ground up.  We’ve known this ‘B’ for a long time and it’s a superb driving car that’s criminally under priced at £16,750.  If you’re looking a well sorted, beautifully presented 60’s MG, you really can’t go wrong with this car!

We’ve just added a stunning 1972 Jaguar E Type Roadster for sale; a lovely driving example, specified from new with a factory manual ‘box, making this a rare and desirable E Type.  We’ve looked after this cosmetically superb car for almost 20 years and in our view it’s as good an example as you’ll find for £72,995.

Another addition is a lovely CR series Triumph TR6 finished in the stunning signal colour of Mimosa Yellow, seen above.  A matching numbers car that’s been carefully rebuilt, beautifully maintained and is very nicely sorted at £27,995.

Last but certainly not least is a very nice Triumph GT6 Mk111 in Emerald Green, coming soon and great value; more details to follow…

This year we’ve sourced some truly exceptional cars for our clients, from a Jaguar XJ220 with less than 1000 miles from new, through to a spectacular Series 2 XJ6 short wheelbase saloon that we scoured the UK to find.  These cars beautifully represent the breadth of vehicles we have access to; from ultra low mileage, bona fide supercars to mint, original everyday saloons that are almost impossible to find.

Our deep contacts mean we can often access cars before they come onto the open market and our specialist knowledge gives you peace of mind that any car we source on your behalf will meet your needs exactly; and at a competitive price.

And whilst it’s true that we’ve built our reputation specialising in Jaguar cars over our 30 + year history, we are genuine marque experts in both air and water cooled Porsche, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Austin Healey, Triumph and MG cars too.

If you’re looking to acquire a classic car, please get in touch to learn about how we can help.  We offer a discrete, professional service, encompassing everything you need to get the most out of ownership; sourcing, transportation, servicing, restoration and storage; and when you’re ready to move onto your next car, we can help you sell your current one too.

Lola Mk 6 GT project

The Lola Mk 6 GT is one of the most technically important GT racing cars ever constructed and provided the Ford Motor Company with the template to create the GT40 and indeed the Lola T70 that followed.

In 2000 we were privileged to rebuild the second of these examples, the 1st production example which carried the chassis number LGT-1, for its then owner, who went on to race the car successfully before it was sold overseas. Back in 1963, LGT-1 featured at Le Mans, running as high as 9th, before crashing out due to gearbox issues.

At the time of the restoration, we created a brand new set of body moulds, as the originals weren’t initially available.  After some time, they did surface and we were able to create a composite mould that incorporated elements of those originals and the new set of moulds.

What we have here for sale are the recreated moulds, comprising front and rear clip and the central section, incorporating both ‘screens and doors, providing the buyer with a unique opportunity to create a tool room Replica or continuation Mk6 GT, utilising the correct components. If you have the appetite and ability to create a suitable chassis and drivetrain to sit underneath it, potentially modified from a GT40 replica chassis, this is a fantastic opportunity to produce something truly special.

We’d seriously considered doing that very thing, but a busy workshop prevents us from progressing this tantalising project, and hence we’re now offering them for sale.  We also have a number of original parts from the restoration that we would be happy to include in the sale.

The Lola Mk6 GT is now just a footnote in racing car history, but having immersed ourselves in the 2 year restoration of the original car, we strongly believe it has sat in the shadows for too long.

And in the year that the Hollywood blockbuster Ford v Ferrari (Le Mans 66 in the UK) hits the big screen, what better time is there to embark on a Lola Mk6 GT project?  If you’d like more details, please contact Richard…
